Psychoeducational Testing

At Dalton Psychological, we provide comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for children (age 6 and up), adolescents, and college/graduate students. These assessments can identify ADHD, learning disorders in reading, writing, or math, cognitive strengths and weaknesses, and emotional factors that may affect school performance.

Our evaluations are tailored to meet documentation requirements for schools, universities, and testing boards—ensuring accommodation requests (such as extended test time or reduced-distraction environments) are supported by clear, evidence-based findings.

What’s included:

  • Clinical interview and history
  • Standardized cognitive and academic testing
  • Assessment of functional impact
  • Detailed written report (delivered within ~10–14 days)
  • Availability to consult with school or disability services if needed

The fee for a full evaluation is $2,800. While we do not bill insurance directly, families may request a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

If you are a parent seeking answers for your child, a student preparing for accommodations, or a staff member looking for trusted local evaluators, we’d be glad to help.
